To celebrate the significant contributions staff make to the lives of TLC’s people served and their families, we are hosting our annual Fall Festival and Staff Appreciation event. This event is held to recognize the hard and life-changing work staff do on a daily basis. The day will include a food truck, fun carnival games and activities, and recognition of staff accomplishments and promotions.
Ways to Get Involved
In-Kind Donations
We are looking for donations of gift cards, gift baskets, and other items to be raffled off during the Fall Festival!
Ideas for items to donate:
- Gift Cards: Target, Walmart, gas stations, grocery stores, cash cards
- Treats: Captain Cookie and the Milkman, Crumbl, Edible Arrangements
- “Big Ticket” Items: Blackstone Grill, trips, airfare certificates
- Electronics: TVs, AirPod Max/Other Variety of Headphones
Sponsor the Fall Festival
We are looking for companies and individuals to sponsor TLC’s Fall Festival. Your sponsorship of the event will help underwrite the cost for the Fall Festival and create a meaningful day of appreciation for TLC’s staff. Use the donation form below to secure your sponsorship!

Volunteer at the event
To ensure all of our staff have the opportunity to enjoy the day, we are looking for volunteers to enjoy a planned activity with our on-campus residents and day program participants. We will have an activity set up for you to do with them. There may be other volunteer opportunities to support the event, but our priority is ensuring that we have volunteers available to spend time with our people served.
